The Napa County Bar Association will be holding it's general membership meeting on September 19, 2008, at Uva Trattoria on Clinton Street. The featured speaker will be Don Winter of ISHC, who will be speaking on "The Economic Characteristics of the Hotel & Restaurant Industries and the Role Attorneys Play" with a special overview of the Napa Valley Leisure Time Industry.

Join the NCBA Criminal Law section on September 8, 2008, noon, at Piccolino's Cafe in the Napa Downtown Centre. The featured speaker will be Lisa O'Brien who will be discussing field sobriety tests. Ms. O'Brien is an advisor to the CHP Explorer Program and teachers the Explorers on this subject. She is also addresses International Police Officer Associations across the nation on this very subject.
